ORT designs and develops robotics solutions that drive performance and efficiency across the automation lifecycle, including SCARA, articulated, collaborative robots, and AMRs.**Position Overview**:We are seeking a strategic, data-driven **Pricing and Data Analysis Specialist**to take ownership of pricing strategies, product lifecycle operations, and BI reporting. This newly created role will directly impact ORT's product and sales functions globally, driving effectiveness through insight, process optimization, and lifecycle planning.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage a **global pricing strategy** in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.- Lead the pricing operations lifecycle, including **regional price list maintenance** and **annual pricing reviews**.- Analyze profitability and support special price requests globally.- Create, deploy, and maintain **training content** for pricing and lifecycle tools.- Manage **product discontinuation and EOL** processes.- Build and maintain **dashboards and reports** for product performance insights.- Support **S&OP processes**, including forecasting and opportunity analysis.- Act as **process owner** for pipeline opportunity evaluation.- Collaborate with Omron's global BI teams to align tools and reporting practices.**Required Qualifications**:- **5+ years** of experience in data analysis, pricing, product management, or sales support (preferably industrial/technical sector).- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related; **MBA preferred**.- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.- Demonstrated success in **process improvement** and **strategic pricing** execution.- Proficiency with **Salesforce, Power BI, Python, Excel**, and Microsoft Office.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in **robotics or automation** industries.- Understanding of **B2B sales channels** and industrial software pricing (ARR/subscription models).- Familiarity with **product lifecycle and registration systems** in global markets.Let's shape the future of robotics, together.
