We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing business teams. The ideal candidate will contribute hands-on and strategically to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture as the organization grows. This is a full-time role located in Mexico City.

• +5 years of experience in the Industry as HR Partner, HR Generalist or related
• Technical Knowledge:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business or Psychology)
• Advanced English language skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service, and organization skills.
• Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights.
• Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; preferably Workday.

• Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice.
• Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement and organizational change.
• Work in partnership with the operational management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
• Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.g. recruitment, payroll.
• Build HR KPIs to make accurate decisions and identify opportunities.
• Understand business objectives and recommend new strategies and approaches to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Translate and implement our talent-led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees.
