They work hand in hand with families to free each child's unique potential.**Requirements**:- **We require at least three years of experience with children in one or more of the following age groups: 1 to 3, 3 to 6, and 6 to 9.**:- Studies and certifications related to Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Childhood Development, Child Psychology, Reggio Emilia Approach, Montessori, Creative Curriculum, Pedagogy, or similar.- Creative, responsible, flexible, passionate and hard-working- **Advanced-level English****Skills**:- Connecting with Children- Creating Materials and Crafts- Emergent Planning- Observation- Documentation- Classroom Management- Organization- Time Management- Attention to Detail**Duties**:- Creates new learning goals and objectives alongside the children.- Liaises with other academic personnel and professionals and participates in different educational conferences, seminars, and meetings.- Works with team members to better the experience of our learning community.- Conducts research to guarantee that the educational processes, teaching methods, and database systems are up-to-date to maintain the quality of education provided to students.- Takes care of children and creates digital records of activities, feeding, cleaning, teaching, and attending to their needs.- Handles hygiene situations with care.- Creates and facilitates age-suitable training, education, and social development to help children develop their basic abilities and skills, like reading, writing, creativity, interpersonal, spatial, problem-solving, and more.- Develops and keeps secure and comfortable work and learning environment by regularly checking the health, behavior, characteristics, and emotional state of children.- Promotes their interests as well as new passions by exposing them to art, literature, theater, music, dance, sports, and more.- Makes sure that the kids are learning good behaviors, positive attitudes, and discipline.- Maintains confidentiality of records and updates files of children enrolled.- Communicates with parents to notify them about their children's well-being and performances.- Participates in Guide Trainings and Family Events.**_The world is changing, now it's education's turn._****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 44520, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Education: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
