At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**CNTRL & RPT ACCOUNTANT****Which is the main objective of this role?**Analyze, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of Latam Headquarters Activities, as well as prepare, integrate and execute the financial report in HFM system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in corporative polices from Pepsico.**What will you be doing?**- Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.- Generate information for filling out the required management financial reports.- Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.- Execute financial report Pepsico (SmartView / FDM - HFM).- Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.- Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts, and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.- Strong Networking with all Country Latam Teams.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- University Degree in Finance or Accounting - required- Experience (desirable) in accounting US GAAP, control environment and sox compliance- Experience - 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment- Office Advance - Excel strong Skills- English Level 70% / Advanced Portuguese (Brasil OU’s)- Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well.- Advanced knowledge of the principles processes (Bank Statement/AP/FA/AR/GL/Intercompanies/Financial Reporting), and business standards for integrated financial analysis.- Knowledge desirable in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, FDM.Overview (Secondary Language):**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs**Thank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career
