Recruitment Specialist

*Job Responsibilities:*- Develop and execute recruitment plans independently or in collaboration with relevant departments, in line with the company's strategic goals and staffing needs.- Be familiar with local Mexican labor laws and handle the publication of job postings across multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct preliminary phone interviews and assessments.- Build and maintain a talent pool, regularly conducting market research to enhance the coverage and quality of recruitment channels.*Qualifications:*- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 1 year of recruitment-related experience, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.- Knowledge of recruitment market trends and effective use of recruitment channels, especially headhunting, social recruiting, and internal referrals.- Strong data analysis skills, able to optimize recruitment strategies and processes based on data.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for handling complex data.- High level of responsibility and team collaboration skills, capable of ensuring efficient recruitment work in a high-pressure environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
