**Specialized District Manager****Your Tasks and Responsibilities**1. Lead the sales team2. Implement the brand activation plan and be an important contributor in the development of the strategic foundation process3. Provide field feedback to the team, giving opportunity and comprehensive information to leverage competitive advantages4. Establish points of connection and bonding into the team to capitalize new opportunities and generate a culture of cross functional work and best practice sharing5. Identify needs within the market to develop innovative projects and strategies that allow accelerating the development of new businesses and market expansion. Being recognized as a great insights collector6. Be a trigger for digital transformation and the implementation of new operative models of account management7. Ensure that the sales force team count with the best tools that they need, being a self managed and self directed player (operative and financially)8.
