**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5001: Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Grade**:Associate (entry-level).**Profile**: Individual contributor, no direct reports.**Work schedule**:7:00 - 16:00 hrs, Mon - Fri.**Flexible schedule**: Up to 25% work from home.**Locations**: Monterrey or Mexico City.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Solid understanding of SAP Central Finance fundamentals, including architecture, key functionalities, and integration points. Gain knowledge of Carrier’s financial and management accounting processes and associated mapping and replication of financial data from source systems to the CFIN system.- Assist in maintaining mapping tables (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts) and support configuration activities in areas like document splitting, ledger setup, or currency settings.- Monitor the replication of financial data from source systems to the CFIN system, troubleshoot basic issues related to SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) replication or AIF (Application Interface Framework), and ensure data consistency across modules.- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Validate financial postings in the CFIN system against source systems, document test cases, results, and any identified issues.- Prepare and update project documentation, including process flows, configurations, and test scripts. Assist in creating user manuals or training material for end users, monitor and respond to support tickets for minor issues, and collaborate with the team to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues.**Experience**:- 1-3 years of experience within the information technology and/or responsibilities within CFIN, Finance a related area of business.- 1-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in **SAP- CFIN** or **SAP FI** support (project delivery is a plus).- S/4 HANA finance, controlling and asset management knowledge.- Results orientation, striving to bolster personal and team results.- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills- Open and able to work in culturally diverse environment.- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consultancy.- “Agile-development” mindset with customer-focus.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Finance/ Accounting related field is preferred.**Characteristics**:- Actively participates in team activities, values others’ contributions, and works towards common goals.- Provide help to teammates and is willing to share knowledge and resources.- Effective communication being clear and precise, active listening by paying attention to other’s input.- Being flexible by adjusting to new tasks, changes in direction, and varying team dynamics.- Maintains a positive outlook and encourage other colleagues.- Open for Travel as per the Business requirementLI-Hybrid**Carrier is An Equal**Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
