**Ubicación**: San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México (Presencial)**Posicion**: Temporal (6 meses)**Educación requerida**: Ingeniería en Sistemas o afín**Requerimientos**:- Mínimo 1 año en operación técnica de SAP (Nível Básico).- Preparar la documentación previa a la aplicación de parches de seguridad (check list, respaldos, almacenaje, etc.) Generar reportes básicos de performance del sistema para su análisis.- Asistir en la planificación de ventanas de mantenimiento, notificando a los usuarios sobre fechas y alcances.- Procesar solicitudes de altas, bajas y modificaciones de usuarios en SAP y VPNs, con la previa validación del administrador senior y documentar procesos de seguridad y BASIS.- Dar seguimiento a tickets abiertos en SAP for Me y mantener actualizado el estatus para el equipo, así como tener actualizado el directorio de contactos técnicos (internos y externos).- Apoyar en la elaboración de manuales de usuario y guías de buenas prácticas.- Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos funcionales, técnicos y de ciberseguridad para asegurar una transición estable y eficiente hacia el nuevo ecosistema SAP.- Asegurar la preparación y entrega oportuna de los entregables y aprender rápidamente las mejores prácticas de administración SAP.- Dar soporte oportuno al equipo de implementación y usuarios finales bajo alta presión. Conocimiento de métricas o Indicadores de Medición- Tiempos de respuesta ante incidencias técnicas: >= 90%.- Cumplimiento de parches y mantenimientos planeados: >= 90%.- Seguridad de accesos y cumplimiento de auditoría: >= 90%.- Disponibilidad operativa de SAP: >= 90%.- Radicar en Nuevo León**Responsabilidades**:- Garantizar el soporte técnico seguro, estable y eficiente de SAP S/4HANA.
