**D **escription**:- Maintains a constant relationship with the sales, category management, finance, sourcing and operations teams to lead and influence standard planning process, including maintenance of demand forecasting drivers. Influence and communicate inventory strategies and trade-offs (Service, Cost, Working Capital) to business partners and lead optimization efforts- Develop Demand/ Supply forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function through historical review of sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results- Manage key customer project/ program inventory models including stock allocations and reservations to Identify current and potential product shortages, product cost changes or other constraints to develop, execute and communicate recovery plans.- Advance existing Planning tools (Legacy ERP’s, Blue Yonder) to increase user adoption, modeling techniques in support of mid to long range planning for both stock and complex project business models.**Experience**:- 3 to 5 of demonstrated experience in Demand / Supply planning or Inventory Management**Skills**:- Demonstrated experience knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.- Excellent communication and support skills. Ability to explain complex concepts and analytics to non-technical audience.
