We are hiringWe are a fast-paced global tech company specializing in photo editing for the real estate market.We are looking to recruit a full-time Render Quality Executive to join our Render Support Team.This role is for a full-time contractor position, 100% remote.The primary task of this position is to supervise the quality of render projects submitted and communicate with our editors.Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2-years of experience in a similar role or be a senior 3D artist wanting to take the next step in your career.If this sounds like you, then you must also be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:- Technical knowledge of modelling and editing software such as 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop- Interpret, Develop and propose Interior Design Briefs for different styles and projects.- Understand customer needs and requirements to design, develop and maintain quality control processes- Monitoring and evaluating production processes. Review all renders, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made- Work on post production processes in relation to realism, art direction, colour correction, colour grading etc.- Ensuring company render quality standards are met by all editors, by guiding and assisting render editors (internal or external) on editing practices- Keep track of any patterns and trends of a specific editing team and provide them feedback to better editing processes- Producing statistical reports and specific editor feedback reports on a monthly basis to report on quality standards- Train render editors based on render training modules to actively create renders- Research on new products and render trends and work with management to execute and implement them- Work with the 3D Modelling team to provide editors with proper resources for creating quality and architecturally accurate rendersProvide their expertise to assist the sales and project management teamAnyone selected to be a part of this team will undergo a 3-month probationary period, to ensure that it is the right fit.This is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet, and suitable working environment.**_(The salary is in line with the applicable salary brackets for this position in your country)._**You must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
