ADVANCED ENGLISH SB+PSL**Description**The IT Support Technician will support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. Manage workflow and user communication for assigned tickets based on current process throughout duration of ticket lifecycle. The IT Support Technician will also be responsible for sourcing appropriate hardware and ensuring proper set up on the network**Activities**The IT Support Technician will be responsible for compiling and tracking data, obtaining and preparing vendor quotes and ensuring the department is performing its due diligence to remain cost conscious.**Requirements**:- IT related degree- Advanced level of written and conversational English- 2 years experience with, Desktop Operating Systems, Android devices, Google suite and Mac OS. **VERIFIABLE WITH LABOR LETTERS**:- 2 years experience providing field service technical support to end users- Ability to listen and understand problems at all levels of the organization- Superior problem-solving, communication, and organization skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires close attention to detail- A strong work ethic, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement- Team player with the ability to work well independently- Experience using Ticketing tool.**Compensation an Beneffits**- Salary $17,000 to 19,000 Br MXN per month- Direct contracting with the company- All Immediate Law Benefits and with a real price before the IMSS- 16 days of vacation from the first year of work- 30 day bonus (Aguinaldo)- Vacation bonus at 100% (Prima vacacional)- Benefits superior to those of the Law: Life Insurance, Medical Expense Insurance and Assistance Program for insurance of minor medical expenses, work half a day on your birthday, Savings Plan for Voluntary Retirement)- Constant training locally and globally**Hours and modality of work**Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Face-to-face mode 100%**Hours and modality of work**Lugar de trabajo: Avenida reforma frente a embajada americana (Angel de la independencia.
