Damos la bienvenida a solicitudes de personas de todas las culturas, generaciones, apariencia física, etapas de vida, orientación sexual, identidad de género o expresión sexual, personas con discapacidad y personas de cualquier otro grupo subrepresentado.Descripción de Actividades:- Brindar capacitación técnico-comercial para el área de refacciones de la red de distribuidores sobre las partes que comercializamos.- Mantener actualizados los contenidos de acuerdo con la retroalimentación de otras áreas de la compañía y de la red de distribuidores a fin de mejorar los resultados de los planes educativos así como su correspondencia con las metas, objetivos y necesidades de la organización.- Analizar los resultados de las estrategias de entrenamiento coordinando las actividades necesarias para la correcta aplicación del conocimiento con la finalidad de lograr los objetivos de formación en la red de distribuidores.- Crear, mejorar e innovar procesos de aprendizaje y operación, así como estructuras de entrenamiento, colaborando con diferentes áreas de la compañía con la finalidad de optimizar el proceso de enseñanza en la red de distribuidores.- Participar en la implementación de proyectos estratégicos para el área de Capacitación, así como en la incorporación de proyectos de nuevos lanzamientos.Etapas del Proceso:1.Publicacion de la vacante: 28 de Mayo al 4 de Junio.TrucksWork Location OpportunityDaimler Trucks AG is firmly committed to developing a work environment that supports empowerment and inclusion for our current and future employees.
