Qualifications we are looking for:- Experience in leading teams and owning end-to-end delivery- Background in managing QA & Performance Testing/Engineering projects highly desired- Full working proficiency in both Spanish and English- Experience in managing teams/projects on-shore and off-shore and in a matrix model and hierarchical model and completing them on-time, within budget and with quality- Excellent communication (verbal and written)- Proven ability to execute project/programs effectively including, but not limited to the following tasks- Analyze client requirements and work with the development team to estimate and define timelines- Provide regular status reporting consistent with established program governance requirements- Keep track of the program-specific SLA and KPI and ensure adherence**Why you will love this job?**- Play with the latest & greatest technologies on the test automation field- You'll enhance your automation testing expertise- Become part of a highly tech-savvy startup that's growing rapidly**What you can expect from us**At DigitalOnUs by TechMahindra, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
