**Systems Performance & Analytics Analyst****Purpose**:The Performance and Analytics Analyst executes E2E reporting, analysis, performance monitoring for Consumer Health North America. This analyst develops innovative tools and aligns KPIs to track and project performance. The Performance and Analytics Analyst reports all US KPIs locally and globally. This analyst recognizes patterns/shifts that adversely affect continuity and develops tools to mitigate risks. The Performance and Analytics Analyst leads continuous improvement through the operationalization of data, turning insight into action. The role is also responsible for playing the SME for all KPIs, reporting systems, and functionality.**Scope (global, regional or local): Regional NA****Key Tasks**:- Executes the Bayer Consumer Health NA metrics and global reporting- KPI owner with oversight and responsibility for adjustments and data analysis/simulations to optimize end to end pipeline to support strategies- Business process owner for service level reporting and communication to local business teams- Establishing standard reporting, training, and develop executive updates- Supporting leadership through preparation of presentations, analyses, simulations to anticipate risks and enable decision making- Supports the Bayer Consumer Health NA strategy and decisions with root-cause analysis, development and reporting of key performance indicators, including the leadership of mitigation strategies, and tactical projects to address key challenge areas- Facilitates the development and implementation of Share Site Level KPIs and global KPIs and ensure parameters and KPIs are aligned with global directives and business strategy and cross-regional topics. This includes deep dive analytics to support continuous improvement and S&OP decision making- Implements reporting solutions for efficient and effective management- Focal point for reporting systems and solutions, including close partnership with O&I and IT for system error correction, new systems, upgrades and process improvement- Develops best practices for monitoring which can be applied at a regional and global level- Develop and enhance existing report capabilities through automation and adoption of machine learning/algorithm deployments where possible- Operationalize data to drive high levels of performance across end-to-end supply chain.**Qualification & Competencies**:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Planning, Business or a technical discipline with 5 years’ supply chain experience or a master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics Planning, Business or a technical discipline with 3 years’ supply chain experience. Master’s in data science, SC Analytics preferred- Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) S&OP, Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting and Logistics is required- Demonstrated target and performance driven attitude with successful track record leading projects and teams is preferred- Very strong analytical ability and experience optimizing overall supply chain performance including, customer service, inventory management and end to end supply chain costs is desired- Experience working with various software packages: Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint- Extensive experience in analytics software and programming (Tableau, SQL, etc.)- Experience in advanced analytics software and programming is preferred (Python, Alteryx, etc.)- Experience managing supply chain planning and data collection in SAP/APO is preferred- Spanish & English: Advance**Período de aplicación**:- 08 al 22 Octubre**Código de referencia**:- **División**:- Consumer Health**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Área funcional**:- Gestión de la cadena de suministro**Grado de posición**:- H**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
