**Position Purpose**Responsible of the design, development, documentation and optimization of existing and/or new products through creativity and innovation, without forgetting quality and brand.**Functions & Responsabilities**- Direct Communication with Corporate in USA- Write/modify CNC programs for all fabrication machines as needed.- Suggest any programming change(s), which will improve the quality, run time, material usage, etc of a part- Monitor the run time of the fabrication machines.- Insure that all material is utilized properly so that scrap is kept to a minimum.- Process Internal Request for multiple departments including fixtures.- Proper distribution and task assignment, customs, and ECs.- Designs and makes modifications to the product according to customer needs.- Documents the list of materials according to the new design.- Document new parts, BOM, and register in the ERP system.- Product design tests at production level process.- Review and follow up on quality non-conformities.**Education and Experience**- More than 5 years experience programming (CNC AP100 (AMADA) / Dr. ABE or similar), designing and modifiying engineering models, drawings and documentation for the support of the company products.- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, etc)- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma- Advanced English (Spoken-Written)**Knowledge, Aptitudes & Skills**- Manufacturing processes of the metal mechanic area- Metal fabrication and powder painting process designs- Documentation drawings and practices- Introduction of new products- Process reengineering- Responsible- Results focused- Time management- Empathic- Teamwork- Communication**Computer Skills**- MS Office (advanced)- Solidworks or Autocad,- 3D Drawing,- SAP,- CNC Programming (AP100, Dr. ABE, Production Designer, VPSS 3i, Cut5 Extended)- Minitab
