**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Principal Quality Engineering Technician que estará localizada en Juárez.****Propósito**:Técnico de ingeniería de Calidad y quejas de cliente. Análisis de quejas cliente, elaboración de reportes y soporte a los ingenieros de calidad.**Principales responsabilidades**:Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:Habilitado a entrenar a los asociados y compañeros en áreas como procesos de manufactura, aplicación de sistemas, equipos de medición, quejas de cliente y otras según se requiera.- Realiza verificaciones para actividades terminadas a consecuencia de no conformidades.- Puede realizar actividades de liberación de producto.- Ayuda o ejecuta investigaciones para no conformidades, observaciones de auditorías, CAPAs y otras.- Análisis de quejas de cliente.- Realiza recolección y análisis de datos, genera y distribuye reportes para métricos de calidad, iniciativas y/o medibles de la planta.- Mantiene los inventarios de los consumibles aplicables al departamento (Papelería, etc)- Mantenimiento de registros de calidad de acuerdo al Records Retention Schedule.- Actualiza y provee información como registros de calidad de los sistemas de calidad de la planta.- Puede ser administrador de bases de datos del departamento.- Participa en el desarrollo de sistema y procesos de calidad- Ayuda a los ingenieros de calidad dando soporte a las líneas de producción.- Actúa como coordinador cuando hay problemas de calidad.- Soporte a los ingenieros de calidad en el mantenimiento de los documentos del sistema de calidad.- Es responsable de comunicar asuntos relacionados al negocio u oportunidades al siguiente nível gerencial.- Para aquellos que supervisan o administran personal, son responsables de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionadas con las prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para hacerlo estén disponibles y en buenas condiciones, si aplica.- Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la Compañía con todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos Federales, Estatales y Locales de la compañía.- Realiza otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario.**Qualifications**:**Requisitos**:- Mínimo preparatoria, cursando la carrera o carrera trunca, o experiência en un puesto similar.- Bilingüe: inglés / español Preferentemente.- Conocimiento de QSR/ISO Preferentemente.- Conocimiento de computación básica: MS Office Procesadores de texto, hojas de cálculo, presentaciones, bases de datos, etc. Requerido.- Conocimiento en herramientas de Ingeniería de Calidad como: análisis de sistemas de medición, análisis estadísticos básicos y otros Requerido.- Certificaciones de ASQ Improvement Associate / Quality Auditor Deseado.- Certificación de Process Excellence Green Belt Deseado.- Preparatoria terminada y/o carrera técnica terminada. Sería deseable que este cercano a terminar una carrera universitaria o recientemente terminada.- Certificación de Quality Improvement Associate o Quality.- Auditor, Certificación de Process Excellence.- Green Belt preferentemente.- Bilingüe: inglés/español.- Más de 6 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado.
