**PCT & Automation Specialist****TUS TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES**- Ejecutar las actividades de soporte y mantenimiento de los sistemas de control, automatización y adquisición de datos garantizando su disponibilidad y confiabilidad en todos los activos del sitio.- Participar en proyectos de inversión, asegurando que se cumpla el requerimiento técnico y las regulaciones GMP, oficiales y directivas Bayer en los sistemas técnicos.- Desarrollar mejoras en los sistemas técnicos para optimizar su funcionalidad y la seguridad funcional (Functional Safety).- Participar en actividades de validación, calificación y el cumplimiento de la integridad de datos en los sistemas técnicos de sitio con relevancia GXP y No GXP.- Buscar la resolución de problemas de fallas y averías, mediante el uso de las herramientas A3R/A3L/PM-Card.**WHO YOU ARE**- Ingeniería (Electrónica, Electromecánica o Mecatrónica), Ingeniero en Control y Automatización.- Al menos 2 años de experiência en mantenimiento y proyectos de industria farmacéutica, Instrumentación y Control.- Programación Intermedia de PLC Siemens y otros controladores, redes de comunicaciones.- Conocimientos en GMP, Mantenimiento, Lean Manufacturing.- Manejo de Software y Hardware de sistemas de control y computarizados.- Juega para ganar.- Tiene excelente colaboración y conexión.- Ser ágil y rápido.- Responsable.- Gran manejo de Digitalización.- Promotor de un sentido de urgencia y responsabilidad individual en el equipo.- Asume la propiedad de extremo a extremo para lograr resultados incluso en circunstancias difíciles.- Fuerte sentido de urgencia.En Bayer creemos en la diversidad, la equidad y la inclusión.
