At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**Romania & Serbia AR Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**Lead AR activities for Romania & Serbia ensuring AR services are provided according to signed Service Level Agreement, ensuring short and long term strategies as well as governance model stablished. About Global Control Stadar responsible of deliver control environment successful; always looking for continuous improvement to reach productivity.**What will you be doing?**- Ensure AR services are provided according to SLA.- Lead and implement short and long term strategy.- Ensure operation is performed under a robust control environemt.- Provide coaching / mentoring to the team.- KPI's monitoring and presentation in a montly basis.- Foster a Culture of continues improvement.- Close interaction with BU promoting networking and new services.- Support effective change management process.- Support SSC AR Sr. Manager to drive People Strategy and Core People Processes.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors.- At least 2 years of experience working in Accounts Receivable positions or accounting.- English - 90% (reading, writing and conversational).- Experience in audit/compliance roles recommended.- ERP systems knowledge.
