Only A Click is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping small businesses thrive in today’s digital-first world. We’re expanding our **remote LATAM sales team** and hiring **motivated B2B sales professionals** who speak **fluent English** and have experience with **cold calling** and **digital marketing**.**What You’ll Do**- Sell B2B digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Google Ads) to small business owners in North America- Handle Cold leads - we provide pre-qualified prospects- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions- Build strong, long-term client relationships- Close deals and earn generous commissions backed by a top-notch fulfillment team**Compensation**- **Base Salary: Up to $25,000 USD/year**:- **Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses**:- Top performers earn **$100K+ in Year 1**:- Residual income from renewals- Paid training and continuous coaching**Training & Support**- 1-week remote onboarding bootcamp- Daily support from your sales manager- Access to marketing resources & CRM tools- Collaborative team culture**You’re a Good Fit If You Have**- **1+ year of B2B or outbound sales experience**:- **Cold calling experience (a must)**:- Strong communication skills in **English (C1/C2)**:- Familiarity with digital marketing basics (Google Ads, SEO, SEM) It's a PLUS- Self-motivation, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset- Your own laptop or desktop (8GB+ RAM) and stable internet connection**Job Type**- Full-Time | 100% Remote- Open to applicants located in **LATAM only****Important**All resumes must be submitted **in English**.
