Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY INNOVATION PLANNING EXECUTIVE****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Junior Manager**FUNCTION**: Operations - Supply Chain**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**The Supply Network Operations (SNO) in Mexico is an expanding area that manages an above market supply chain environment. This framework makes necessary a point of contact between Marketing Team and the planning community, is here where the Supply Chain Initiatives Planning Manager is key to manage the correct deployment of new product initiatives balancing end market need and cost associate it to it.This role is responsible To perform all the planning activities required for launch a new product introduction, from the supply chain assessment until the first production.**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- To perform supply chain assessments to confirm feasibility of launching specific projects.- To connect End Market requirements with the planning process at material purchasing and production planning level.- To track with the Material Supplier Management team the correct purchasing plan and arrival dates for the materials required for each project.- To track & monitor Write Off exposure of each one of the projects while maintaining communication and proper approvals from marketing teams.- To guarantee SKU (stock keeping unit) creation process within the required timings before first productions.- To provide options and scenarios to the End Markets that enable project launch dates with the correct balance within Write Off and market need.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any equivalent qualifications.- At least 2-3 years supply chain experience preferably in a planning or project management role.- Advanced Excel proficiency.- Fluent English.- Excellent analytical and planning skills.- Good customer engagement, influential and convincing skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**BENEFICIAL**- Proficiency in using ERP systems (eg SAP, APO) is desirable- Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge desired.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
