**Vacante para la empresa HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V en Guadalupe, Nuevo León**: **Responsabilidades**:Responsable de la gestión del proceso de ingeniería de acuerdo a los requerimientos y necesidades de los clientes, y enfocados en lograr la eficiencia productiva y desarrollo de nuevos productosGestionar la optimización de los procesos productivos de la compañíaRealizar el análisis y factibilidad de los nuevos proyectosAprobar y gestionar la compra y suministro de nuevos herramentales para el lanzamiento de nuevos productosRevisar y aprobar los diseños en el layout de la planta y celdas de manufacturaAplicar Mejora continua en procesos de producciónSeguimiento al cierre de acciones correctivas relacionadas al proceso de ingenieríaImplementar mejoras en el desarrollo de ingeniería (actualización de procedimientos, formatos, registros, indicadores que impacten en eficiencias al procesoCumplir con el Reglamento Interno de la Empresa, así como con el Código de Ética, reportando cualquier irregularidad e incumplimiento, a su Jefe Inmediato.Cumplir con la Política de Seguridad, portando apropiadamente su Equipo de Protección Personal, reportando acciones y condiciones inseguras y manteniendo su área limpia y ordenada.Cumplir con la Política de Calidad, contribuir con los objetivos y respetar los procedimientos establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión de CalidadDesarrollo constante a los integrantes del equipo, en puntos claves del procesoPlan de capacitacion en tecnologías nuevas y herramientas para identificar problemasGestiona el desarrollo de todos los productos manufacturado en la empresa con enfoque a la eficiencia en la ejecución de los procesos productivos**Requisitos**:Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial, etc.)Inglés AvanzadoExperiência Giro MetalmecánicaExperiência Giro Metalfab (reciban el acero y lo transformen en producto)Experiência en Ingeniería de Nuevos ProductosExperiênciaCAD (SolidWorks, Autocad)Norma ISO*Experiêncialean manufacturingOfrecemos:Mensual: 110k a 115kSeguro de gastos médicos mayoresPrestaciones superioresPRIMA VACACIONALAguinaldo de 30 díasVales de despensa2.5%Si estás buscando un ambiente de trabajo dinámico, oportunidades de crecimiento y un equipo comprometidoInteresados postularse por este medio**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Gerencial**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Automatización Industrial
