**Working Hours: 9am-6pm EST****Key Responsibilities**:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles (50+ hires per cycle).- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain ATS data accurately.- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and role requirements.- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and recruitment metrics.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment for roles in the United States.- Based in Latin America, with strong ability to work across U.S. time zones.- Proven ability to fill 15+ roles per week in fast-paced environments.- Proficiency using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.- Strong organizational and communication skills in English (verbal and written).- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.**About 1840 & Company**1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
