As we create a colorful, capable and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and improve lives for billions of people around the world.Chemours está buscando a un Ingeniero en Tecnología de Manufactura para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo de tecnologíaEste puesto reportará directamente al Gerente de Tecnología en nuestra ubicación de Altamira, México.El Ingeniero en Tecnología de Manufactura brindará soporte para la operación diaria incluidas actividades de mejora continua, resolución de problemas operativos de proceso y calidad, todo esto para garantizar que se cumplan con los objetivos clave de negocio.Las Responsabilidades Del Puesto Incluyen, Entre Otras, Las Siguientes- Proporcionar soporte técnico a Operaciones, incluido el monitoreo diario del proceso/calidad, interacción con el área operativa, resolución de problemas, identificación e implementación de oportunidades de mejora.- Liderar, desarrollar e implementar ideas de mejora en materia de seguridad, calidad, costo e impacto ambiental de la planta.- Proporcionar experiência en ingeniería sobre reactores, transferencia de calor y masa, sistemas de mezcla, filtración, separación de sólidos, quemadores de gas natural y tecnologías de secado, manejo de sólidos a granel, etc.- Desarrollar datos básicos para mejoras de procesos Proceso de Capital/Mejora Continua.- Apoyo en proyectos de capital: recurso técnico basado en el sitio para realizar aportaciones sobre la implementación del diseño y la preparación para operar (actualizaciones de documentación, etc.)- Proporcionar información, redactar el alcance del trabajo y dirigir el diseño para proyectos de capital simples/simplificados (MCN de alcance limitado)- Desarrollar y administrar paneles de procesos para identificar problemas, impulsar decisiones e identificar causas/conclusiones fundamentales.- Colaborar con Mantenimiento/Confiabilidad y Producción en mejoras de confiabilidad (cómo se opera, se mantiene y se diseña)- Desarrollar y entregar capacitación técnica a operaciones (Calidad, MOCs, Tecnología, etc.)Se Requiere Lo Siguiente Para Este Rol- Título de Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química.- 3 años de experiência en la industria de manufactura- Habilidades de resolución de problemas y analíticas.- Habilidades de comunicación oral, escrita y pleno dominio del inglés.- Capacidad para liderar y trabajar en diversos equipos multifuncionales.- Dominio moderado a alto de Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Minitab, Aspen Control ProcessAt Chemours, you will find sustainability in our vision, our business and your future.
