Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (duration as per local country policy) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.**This position reports to**:HR Business Partner**Your responsibilities**:- Manage and control the absenteeism Metrics.- Manage the internal English Program (EFL), assign the licenses, and track the fulfillment of employee’s goals.- Support on engagement activities.- Manage the internal communication channel (Screens on cafeteria and HR Board).- Support on the hiring process of unionized people.- Keep the control of the unionized workers Kardex.**Your background**:- Students from the last’s semesters in Administration or related with active school insurance.- Availability from Monday to Friday- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).- Results-oriented.- Sense of Responsibility and committeemen with the activities.- Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.- High energy and self-starter.- English knowledge.**More about us**:
