Executes activities that require the knowledge and use of fundamental concepts, procedures and practices within an Engineering specialty.2. Can perform activities, such as: Planning and Scheduling Activities and Resources; Analysis (Methods and Measurements, Machines, Maintenance and Materials); Design (Product, Process, Equipment, etc.); Project Management and Control (Quality Control, Process Control, etc.)3.
