The Cost and Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing, controlling, and optimizing all processes related to cost structure and inventory management within the company. This role is critical in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and retail, where efficient resource control directly impacts business profitability.**Education Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree completed (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred)- Advanced English level (written and spoken)**Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**:- Strong English-Spanish communication skills- Analytical mindset- Methodical and organized- Effective communicator- Data- and fact-driven decision-making- Ability to teach, train, and develop others**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:- Ensure compliance with supply chain systems and standards- Define and track KPIs for cost and inventory control- Achieve inventory accuracy targets- Ensure adherence to the cycle count process- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts- Escalate material discrepancies that may impact plant operations- Create and implement PDCAs to resolve performance issues- Prevent Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory- Ensure on-time customer deliveries- Identify and resolve cost-related issues such as MOQs, incorrect standard costs, or components without vendor assignments- Participate in root cause analysis processes- Comply with the supply chain organizational structure- Conduct performance evaluations based on KPIs and job descriptions- Develop and implement employee development plans- Implement part-specific planning- Eliminate negative inventory balances- Define the warehouse layout and structureTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Costos : 5 años (Obligatorio)- Inventarios : 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
