**Job Title: Country Manager****Location: Mexico****The company**Meraki Talent are in partnership with a well-established multi-asset brokerage who are seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead the expansion and operations of their Business Development Department in Mexico.**The Role**- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a robust business strategy aimed at increasing the company’s market share in Mexico.- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and customer support functions.- Business Development: Source and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and institutional clients.- Financial Management: Oversee the country’s profit and loss performance, ensuring financial goals are achieved and resources are optimized.- Market Intelligence: Analyse market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to guide strategy and identify growth avenues.- Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the company in Mexico, strengthening brand presence through industry events, networking, and media outreach.For further information please contact Lorna McCulloch on .
