**Description**We are seeking for a skilled and motivated **Maintenance Engineer** to join our team in Queretaro.This position will report directly to the Production Manager.This role will be responsible for all the** Maintenance of our Facilities**. Will be in charge of leading and handling a good management in preventive, corrective and autonomous maintenance. Also having an excellent treatment and management with the different suppliers in the required works for the plant.- Electrical- Mechanical- Concrete- Metallic- Finishes- Masonry- Doors, Roofs, Windows- Equipment**Tasks and Responsibilities**- Manage and evaluate general service providers to ensure quality and compliance- Excellent organization and scheduling of activities and tasks.- Execution of the maintenance program- Follow up in work orders- Collaborate with different leaders and team members to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.- Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports- Daily reviews of operations and facility performance- Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks, following detailed instructions and working with the suppliers to complete the allocated tasks.- Help to install equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.- Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.- Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.**Requirements**:**Profesional Background**- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or a related field.- Experience 3 years in maintenance of facilities.- Experience with suppliers and contractors- Solid knowledge in electrical, mechanical, concrete, masonry, metallic and finishes works- English B2- Excellent communication with managers and team leaders.**Requirements**:- Have car of your own- Living in Queretaro**Benefits**- Salary: 32k monthly before taxes- Payment every two weeks- IMSS- Christmas bonus: 30 days- Vacations by the law- Vacation Bonus: 25%- Gas Coupons- Medical Insurance
