Influencer Marketing Manager

¿Qué buscamos?: Una persona analítica, estratégica, organizada y muy proactiva, que funcione como enlace clave entre los talentos / influencers y el equipo interno. Serás responsable de desarrollar propuestas de influencer marketing, coordinar campañas y apoyar en la estrategia de marketing de nuestras marcas internas. Este rol combina análisis, comunicación, creatividad y ejecución operativa para asegurar impacto y relaciones estrategicas. Responsabilidades: • Desarrollo de propuestas de influencer marketing: análisis, scouting y contacto de talento, negociacion de tarifas y alcances, gestión de base de datos y armado de presentaciones. • Implementación y seguimiento de campañas con talentos: control de costos, cierre y comunicación, estructura de brief, soporte creativo, supervisión de entregables y sus correcciones, posteos y resultados. • Creación de reportes, análisis y respaldos de datos para presentación con clientes. • Colaboración de forma integral con los equipos internos (ventas, creatividad, administración y legal). • Desarrollo, coordinación, supervisión y ejecución la estrategia de marketing y de redes sociales para las marcas internas. Perfil ideal: • Experiencia laboral previa en influencer marketing, manejo de creadores o gestión de campañas digitales. • Habilidades para scouting, negociación y comunicación con talentos. • Manejo intermedio de herramientas de Google (Sheets, Drive, Slides, Docs). • Conocimiento del ecosistema digital: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, tendencias y formatos. • Capacidad para crear presentaciones, análisis y reportes de desempeño. • Actitud creativa, organizada, proactiva y resolutiva. • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita; enfoque en detalles y cumplimiento. Deseable experiencia en agencias de marketing, talento o producción. ✨ Más detalles: Rango salarial: $12,000 a $18,000 MXN mensuales. Trabajo remoto, aunque en ocasiones se requiere asistencia presencial para apoyo en eventos.
