Leading and supporting HR programs in collaboration with Centers of Expertise (COEs), including talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Managing and executing site-specific programs such as: Well-being strategy and NOM-035 compliance Onboarding/offboarding coordination Recognition and engagement events Policy updates tailored to local legal and cultural context Vendor and perks management Leadership forums and community practices Serving as a connector between employees, leaders, and the broader HR ecosystem, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters Utilizing HR dashboards and metrics to inform decisions, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of general Human Resources experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field Skilled in leading through influence and advising on performance and organizational needs Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach and sound decision-making skills Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership Desired Skills and Experience: Solid understanding of employment laws, market trends, and HR practices at both local and national level Demonstrated understanding of HR communication strategies and ensures alignment with company branding and messaging standards Doing better for people and planet: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
