Join our MAHLE team #StrongerTogether Your Contribution: Support regional and global initiatives in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, and Taxes, including process improvements, consistency of practices, and data accuracy. Cost Management and Reduction: Identify areas where costs can be reduced without affecting delivery performance, such as negotiating with suppliers, optimizing resource usage, and reducing waste. Budget Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain variances between actual financial performance and budgeted figures to understand discrepancies and take corrective actions. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels to balance the costs of holding inventory with the need to meet production schedules and delivery performance demands. Financial Compliance: Ensure that all financial operations comply with Mexico, industry and MAHLE regulations, standards and procedures, including Authorization & Signature Guidelines. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor plant performance, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations for improvements. Your Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (such as a master’s in business administration or a master’s in finance) is preferred or considered a plus. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial or plant controlling, accounting, or a related role within the manufacturing or distribution management industries, preferably in automotive. Proven experience in cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Experience in managing and leading a team, with strong leadership skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in financial management software. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management. Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry‑specific requirements, especially for Mexico.
