Descripción del Puesto Se trata de un puesto a tiempo completo y en modalidad híbrida para un Head of Technology / VP of Engineering con base en Hidalgo, México. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Head of Technology / VP of Engineering based in Hidalgo, Mexico. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of IT strategies, managing IT operations, and ensuring the efficiency of technological infrastructure to meet organizational goals. The professional will lead and mentor the technology team, foster innovation, align technology initiatives with business opportunities, and ensure the scalability and security of IT systems. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and maintaining best practices. Qualifications Expertise in Information Technology, IT Strategy, and Infrastructure planning Demonstrated experience in IT Management and overseeing IT operations Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse technology teams The development and implementation of Blockchain timestamping applications is a strong advantage.
