**Job Title**:Specialist Senior Labor Management**Position Purpose**Ensure the efficient and fair allocation of human and material resources to stores by analyzing efficiency operational controls and managing projects that impact or are impacted by store template models, as well as the management and updating of store operating hours. stores. And to be the point of link between Operations and Corporate in the systems of assistance and programming of activities in stores (zTASC), CRM for District Managers and HCM.**Primary Accountabilities**:- Analyze, coordinate and manage projects related to efficiency in operating time, time management, implementation of controls to monitor tasks and activities in the store.- Development and monitoring of KPIs related to projects that impact or are impacted by store template models.- Administration of zTASC, serving as the main link between operations and corporate.- CRM administration, serving as the main link between operations and corporate.- Analysis, management and updating of store operating hours.- Make proposals for improvement of processes to generate efficiency in the administration of working hours, assistance in the design of work models in the store operation.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Engineering, BusinessYears of Experience: More than seven years.Type of Experience: Process Improvement, Store Operations Retail, Retail Innovation, Workforce ManagementSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: SQL Certification, Data Analytics, Excel Advance LevelOther / Preferred: Programming Languages, Big Data, English
