ORGANIZING, PLANNING, LEADING AND CONTROLING OF PROJECTS RELATED WITH PAINT PROCESS AND SEALER FACILITIES THROUGT PAINT SHOP ON THE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF STELLANTIS; IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE DELIVERED ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, WITH HIGHEST QUALITY, SAFETY AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.ADDITIONALLY, THIS ENGINEER MUST ASSURE THAT THE PROJECTS ARE EXECUTED UNDER CORPORATIVE STANDARDS AND COMPLY WITH THE NORMATIVITY OF THE LOCATION WHERE THEY ARE CARRIED OUT.THE PAINT PROCESS ENGINEER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN INTERDISCIPLINARY WORK TEAMS: INCLUDING SUPPLIERS AND FCA'S COLLEAGUES, ALWAYS LOOKING THE SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE PROJECT WITH ETICAL HIGH STANDARDS AND FOCUSED ON CUSTOMERGRADUATED IN MECHANICAL, ROBOTIC OR SIMILAR ENGINEERINGADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH5 years, at least, in automation projects development including knowledge ofmechanical, electrical, electronics & control, in automotive industry.2. Knowledge of the different Paint processes in automotive industry.3. Excellent verbal and written communication (spanish & english).4. Leadership skills.5. Positive attitude.6. Availability for location change, depending on the project (plant).7. Excellent skills for problems solving.8. Processes simulation knowledges.9. People supervision skills.10. Knowledge of standards and procedures of safety.11.
