AGCO is a part of the solution Join us to make your contribution.**Your impact**- Serve as site EHS lead for ongoing construction and staged commissioning; implement robust contractor controls (pre-job reviews, orientation, risk assessment, permit-to-work).- Plan and coordinate Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR-style) and safe handover; oversee critical milestones to validate controls prior to first production.- Ensure day-to-day compliance with applicable Mexican EHS requirements.- Own and maintain procedures, risk assessment, incident/near-miss investigation, CAPA, training/records.- Implement site practices consistent with AGCO Global EHS Policy; develop and execute the Queretaro roadmap toward ISO 45001/14001 readiness/certification in partnership with Regional/Global EHS.- Drive AGSAFE focus—Safety & Health, Environmental Sustainability, Behavior & Culture—using leading/lagging indicators to prevent SIF, reduce high-frequency risks, and elevate engagement.**Your Experience and Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.- Experience: 5-8 years EHS in manufacturing/agriculture/related industry with increasing responsibility; startup/commissioning experience preferred.
