Psicologist

Objective:Establish mental health preventive plans and programs to avoid stress work in lines and develop motivation in the personnel, establish therapy and treatment plans to all personnel of all areas and levels.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in Psychology. (It is essential to have a degree and ID)- Bilingual 90% (English-Spanish)- At least 3 years of experience working on therapy.- 2 - 3 years working with health, safety and environmental Management System.- Experience on the Maquiladora Industry.- Knowledge and experience in Covid-19 preventive implementation measures- Knowledge in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Standards preferably.- Mexican Health and Safety Regulations: NOMS and some knowledge on Environmental Regulations is a plus.- Good leadership, decision maker, observer, perceptive, fast response to an emergency skills.- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization, & communication skills.- Availability for 3 shiftTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Horario flexible- Turno de 8 horas
