Regional Product Owner

This person will be the “glue” between Global IT and the Regional NA teams, acting as an SME on all aspects around governance and adoption of the Platform. By working directly with the Global and Regional team this person will support the understanding of the regional needs of the Global team and support the roadmap evolution of our global product to support the regional growth.Main responsibilities:- Work closely with the team on defining and implementing the governance at a Platform level.- Drive the adoption of the Platform in North America through events, trainings, and hackathons.- Communicate and report with Regional and Global stakeholders on the current state of the Platform to raise awareness.- Act as a Power Platform SME at a Regional level.**Requirements**:- Data management skills and usage of Microsoft Power BI.- Deep knowledge of the different aspects of solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.- Deep knowledge on Power Platform's administration and governance.This position will require strong communication, motivational and collaborative skills as well as working knowledge of technologies and solutions being implemented with the ability to understand solutions being proposed and how existing solutions can be adapted to match evolving business conditions and needs of our receivers within the region and how those could affect the global product.
