You’ll also get the chance to network and promote yourself to leaders and specialists in your field.Main responsibilities:- Guides functional objectives on technologies,- Advises other professionals,- Effectively utilizes group dynamics,- Recognizes complex problems related to functional objectives and drives solutions to problems,- Leads RCA discussions for their products,- Analyzes situations and implements solutions, or develops new system elements, procedures or processes,- Creativity and judgment applied to developmental work on different projects within the business environment,- Provides ongoing technical /operational guidance to lead professional work teams, conducts special projects, or manages department(s) (national or international),- Regularly participates in overall functional program planning,- System Implementation, Installation, maintenance, migration, etc.,- Administration of the online platform and Technical Support,- Definition of CICS components,- Monitoring Transactional Infrastructure,- Creation of performance reports, and tuning recommendations,- Investigative and problem-solving skills,- Compliance with service levels,- Perform CICS Local & Disaster Recovery,- CICS Performance Analysis,- CICS Problem Determination,- CICS Subsystem Builds,- Perform CICS Upgrades & Migrations,- Capacity planning & performance tuning,- Support CICS Tool Offerings from IBM,- Support CICS Tool Offerings from Vendors,- Perform Root Cause Analysis.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**Deep Knowledge in:- CICS Transaction Server V5.4, or- Superior in z/OS MQ, z/OS V9.1, or- Superior in CPSM/CICSPLEX CICS Tools.**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**None**Required Education**Bachelor's DegreeDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
