Response Team Engineer

En Aptiv Matamoros estamos buscando un Response Team Leader el cual se encargara de coordinar las actividades necesarias entre las diferentes disciplinas de la compañía para proveer respuestas oportunas a notificaciones de falla realizadas por clientes. Realizar el trabajo con esmero, calidad y seguridad.**Principales Actividades**:- Mantener contacto y cumplir con los requerimientos de los clientes internos y externos.- Coordinación de actividades para implementación de contenciones y acciones correctivas por reclamos de calidad de cliente.- Conocer, entender y cumplir con los requerimientos específicos de respuesta de cada cliente.- Elaborar un MRB con integrantes de las competencias para desarrollar un plan de respuesta a cada queja de cliente- Coordinar sorteos internos o externos de material por defectos reportados por el cliente realizados por compañía externa o empleados de Aptiv. Si se requiere una compañía externa debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:- Obtener aprobación del Gerente QA, así como cotización- Hacer una pronóstico de días, cantidad a pagar, etc.- Comunicar y proveer la información a persona que lleva le seguimiento de los sorteos y costos en Aptiv Matamoros (Quality Systems).- Llevar un seguimiento cercano a cada sorteo, facturas, servicio, etc. hasta su término.- notificación formal del término así como total de días y costo.- Iniciar 8D por rechazos de cliente & Completar 8D documentando acciones correctivas y evidencias de las mismas.**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería Concluida- +2 años de experiência en posición similar- Ingles avanzado (trato con personal extranjero)- Experiência en uso de herramientas de Calidad 8D- Buen manejo de Office- Manejo de plataforma de cliente**¿Por qué unirse a nosotros?**Puedes crecer en Aptiv.
