Movie Video Editor and Production Specialist

We're seeking a creative professional Video Editor and Production Specialist who can work their magic with motion graphics and After Effects to craft engaging videos for YouTube, eye-catching reels for Instagram, and diverse social media content for our cutting-edge estimating software. *IMPORTANT: We will need immediate availability as this position needs to be filled as soon as possible. WE WILL REQUEST A VOICE NOTE AND PORTFOLIO FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS. Technical Knowledge & Skills Required: Advanced English level (Mandatory) Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and compositing techniques. Experience integrating AI tools for video enhancement, including voiceover generation, text-to-video platforms, and AI-assisted motion or scene creation. Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Qualifications: Ability to interpret and visualize detailed scripts, transforming written concepts into dynamic and engaging video narratives. Strong storytelling instincts, pacing, and rhythm awareness to create visually compelling content. Experience managing end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning and post-production. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines. Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with creative, marketing, and technical teams. Ability to adapt to feedback and maintain consistency with brand tone and visual identity. Passion for staying updated on the latest trends in digital media, AI integration, and motion graphics.
