Importante empresa especializada en medios de pagos solicita:**_Analista de Customer Experience Medallia_**- Principales Funciones_:- Escalar al gerente de operaciones, todas las detracciones en las que no se tenga respuesta por parte del equipo involucrado en la atención y solución oportuna al cliente.- Realizar llamadas directamente a los clientes externos para entender y solicitar más información sobre los comentarios registrados en la plataforma Medallia.- Generar reporte de número de encuestas efectivas y avance que se presenta, dar seguimiento con los líderes de las áreas fomentando su participación y sugerir acciones para llegar a meta en la muestra de encuestas.**_Requisitos: _**- Inglés conversacional- **INDISPENSABLE.**:- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como analista de calidad, con experiência en monitoreo y analista de voz del cliente en los diversos canales de contacto- **COMPROBABLES**:- **Habilidades necesarias**:_Enfoque al cliente.Sentido de planeación, organización y urgencia.Habilidad en solución de problemas.Trabajo en equipo.Tolerancia a la frustración.Zona para laborar: Polanco, CDMX- Ofrecemos sueldo de $15,000 a $18,000 pesos Brutos más prestaciones superiores a las de Ley._Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidad
