Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?****Overview**Bring your leadership, passion, and SAP Security expertise to elevate this critical platform for PepsiCo. ServiceNow is providing needed capabilities for a number of groups across PepsiCo including Information Technology, Global Business Services, and Information Security.The SAP Security Services Director will lead the SAP Security Shared Services team which includes leading SAP Security COE, Legacy SAP Security, SAP GRC, and ES Controls teams. This role will partner with PGT Security and SAP project teams to understand their security services needs.**Responsibilities**As part of the PepsiCo IT Enterprise Solutions organization, this role will be responsible for leading SAP Security Services for Legacy and PGT SAP Systems.Lead PGT SAP Security COE:- Overall build and sustain of SAP Security capability center for PepsiCo Global Template- Resource management, forecasting, and vendor management for SAP Security- Build capex estimates and provide governance to deployment estimates involving SAP SecurityGlobal GRC Development and Sustain- Overall delivery, support, and management of the GRC solution for all PGT and Legacy SAP Solutions- Build Capex estimates for new deployments and global updatesSAP Security for all Legacy SAP- Delivery and sustain of SAP Security for all Legacy SAP solutionsEnterprise Solutions Controls and PGT Information Security- Ensure Information Security and data security requirements are met for all PGT programs by working across PGT and Information security teams- Manage controls for enterprise solutions including ensuring all controls testing is complete and partnering with IPEX on any controls questionsQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Minimum 10+ years experience with SAP Security and GRC- Experience managing a global SAP security team- Experience working with Controls team and control testing- Extensive experience working with 3rd party vendors as service providers- 5 years’ Experience in enterprise level platform administration of systems that support large number of users.- Experience in managing global teams in different time zones across the world.- Experience working in an Agile environment- Exceptional ability to influence, empower, and align people across functions and geographies- Exceptional communication skills**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
