Orion Innovation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, visualization , and proven experience applying AI-driven methodologies . This role requires a highly analytical professional capable of transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across global clients. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced and data‑driven environments. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources. Develop advanced analytics models to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Apply AI and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning) to enhance prediction and automation capabilities. Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar . Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define data requirements and improve data pipelines. Perform statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model performance evaluation. Design and maintain data documentation, KPIs, and governance standards. Support client presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Senior Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL , data querying, and optimization. Advanced experience with analytics tools: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn), R, or similar . Hands‑on experience with AI/ML techniques , such as: Natural Language Processing (NLP) Time‑series forecasting Expertise in data visualization with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent . Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to leadership teams. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Experience in consulting environments or supporting international clients. Knowledge of MLOps , model deployment, or automation pipelines. Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop). Experience with generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or vector databases.
