Financial Planning & AnalysisResponsabilidades Principales:1. Analizar la situación financiera actual de la empresa, identificando fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas.2. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de finanzas para garantizar la precisión y confiabilidad de los datos financieros.3. Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros complejos para la planificación y análisis de escenarios.4. Preparar informes financieros periódicos y análisis ad-hoc para la alta dirección.5. Asistir en la preparación y revisión del presupuesto anual y los planes financieros a largo plazo.6. Participar en la identificación, análisis y seguimiento de los riesgos financieros.8. Mantener actualizados los sistemas y herramientas de análisis financiero.9. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y regulaciones financieras aplicables.**Requisitos**:1. Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o áreas afines.2. Al menos 3 años de experiência en un rol similar.3. Amplios conocimientos en análisis financiero y planeación(FORECAST, P&L, BUDGETS, ESTADOS FINANCIEROS Y DE RESULTADOS)4.
