Sap Technical Leader Crh Talento It • Puebla (de los Angeles), México Descripción del trabajo Join Us as our SAP EM -SAP ECC Technical Leader (SAP BTP) - Hybrid Puebla We're looking for a seasoned Technical Lead (3+ years, non-PM role) to own the design, documentation, and delivery of SAP ECC solutions with strong BTP integrations. You'll work hands‑on with HANA, EWM, ECC, and multiple SAP modules, driving high‑impact projects and ensuring top‑tier quality and security. Location: Puebla. Work Scheme: Hybrid. Position Mission: SAP ECC Technical Leader (SAP BTP) must have drive the definition, design, documentation, and validation of SAP ECC technical solutions and SAP BTP / SAP EWM Knowledge, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all requirements, quality standards, and security policies are fully met. Key Responsibilities Define and document technical requirements in coordination with business areas. Assess technical risks and validate functional specifications. Design technical solutions aligned with established standards and processes. Coordinate unit testing, object deployment to production, and component version control. Integrate technical solutions with development and operations teams. Present technical solutions to validation committees. Requirements Minimum 3 years as a SAP Technical Lead (not Project Manager). Experience in SAP HANA, SAP EWM, and ECC Projects. Knowledge of integrations via SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Datasphere, SAC Planning). Experience in the financial or banking sector (preferred). Ability to interpret AS-IS vs. TO-BE processes. Participation in gathering technical and business requirements. Technical Skills SAP HANA, SAP EWM, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, FI, CO, MM, SD, TRM, HR. Microsoft Office, MS Project. SAP GUI and SAP Fiori. Knowledge of Waterfall and SCRUM methodologies. Advanced English. SAP BTP. Datasphere. SAP Planning.
