In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to Relay Product Manager, you as Associate Product Manager will analyze the competitive landscape for specific product lines, understanding cost, capacity, products. Monitors product lines through all phases such as product specification, packaging, and marketing. Executes product line strategy and manages product lines within the Industrial Business Unit strategy.About The Job- Assist global planning for effective ABC classification of products- Collect and maintain forecast information from key customers- Set Prioritization for production planning team- Monitor and manage capacity of product lines- Work with controller to reduce production scrap, excess or obsolete inventory, and identify cost reduction opportunities- Review product line P&L to drive top line growth and/or return product margins to required levels- Analysis of customer mix and product mix- Support Sales and FAE in responding to quotes and requests for proposals.- Work with pricing to manage price sheet and update expired quotes- Help define and execute pricing strategy to support pricing and revenue goals- Produce product line reports to clearly communicate sales and profitability trends- Work with IT to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning- Competitive Analysis of similar products in the marketAbout You- Bachelor Degree completed- English and Spanish communication skill- One to two years of experience- Familiarity with product management- Experience with global manufacturing/industrial companies preferred- Knowledge in MS Office- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication skills- High attention to detailLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
