Quality Reporting Manager

**What is this opportunity?** The Quality Manager will plan, coordinate and direct quality control programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Supervisors.**Duties/Responsibilities**:- Lead Americas quality reporting for all quality metrics- Implement efficient methods to centrally store the data from Americas locations and financial systems- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to improve efficiency, visibility and transparency- Consolidate KPIs for reporting- Provide quality leaders with data to support initiatives to drive improvements in metrics- Lead preparation of presentation materials**Education/Experience**:- Strong experience in databases, sharepoint, business intelligence software for dashboard development (ie PowerBI, Qlikview), powerpoint, reporting- Strong communication skills- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is preferred- 5-7+ years’ experience related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience- We are an EEO Employer.
