• Lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge AI systems and algorithms.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and data acquisition to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products.
• Conduct research into new AI techniques and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for AI development.

• Contribute to the company's intellectual property through patents and publications.

• Master's or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering complex AI projects.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Must be eligible to work in Mexico and willing to work a hybrid schedule based in Cancún, Quintana Roo.
