**Description****Mission Statement**:Develop channels and proper strategy to grow them focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales team the best way to manage new channels.**Main Accountabilities**:- Develops sales strategies which allow Hitachi Energy to expand its footprint through channels in different segments and solutions. Responsible for the identification of appropriate channels and targets.- Leads the development and implementation of sales strategy to increase channel partners- Leads critical sales and key frame agreements negotiations. Supports in the offering and proposal process for channel partners.- Identifies and evaluates channel partners. Manages annual performance assessment activities for channel partners- Ensures appropriate communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment- Supports driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s’ degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electronical, Industrial)- Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)- Experience developing channels from start to finish- Experience developing channels in the medium/high voltage industry- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.- Have proven experience working with sales and channel development & management- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- Strategic thinking and strategy roll out- #LI-Hybrid_
