Senior Data Analyst

**Job Description Summary****What You’ll Do for Us**The Analyst key responsibilities are:- Analyze business analytical requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, data need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.- Develops data analytics products (new data ingestion, data processing ETL, data enhancements, master data, data integration, data visualization, advanced analytics models). Connect business process to data product functionality and ensure the reuse, integration, maintainability and efficiency.- Develop logical data model based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness and quality of the information and process components (e.g., Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Models).- Engages with Data Product owners to define required data quality controls and DevOps process for data products and implement them for data and analytics solutions.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- 3+ years of developing (hands-on) and managing data products from ingestion to operations.- Demonstrated experience using Power BI and/or other visualization tools, Python/PySpark and working with relational SQL databases.- Solid knowledge about what business questions can be solved with descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics and able to propose data model, visualization, statistical model and E2E design (ETL, model construction and deployment) for a data analytics product using CRISP-DM methodology.- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience to define and build a data model and ETL process to extract, transform and make data available for the product (dashboard, model, other) in a complete way with quality and with User Experience methodologies.- Demonstrated experience in using Azure platform for Data and Analytics products specially focused in Data Services (CosmosDB, DynamoDB, Databricks, Glue, DataLake, Redshift etc.)- Experience in Agile\DevOps project methodology.- Solid ability to develop fast business acumen to understand business imperatives, to understand main KPI's the business function is trying to measure and with this understand the required data that can be used to fill this KPI's, with this also understand the quality and missing data.- Solid personal leadership and team influence, together with strong soft skills to enable change management and stakeholder management and demonstrated skills to communicate data insights in oral and written way (data storytelling) to drive real actions and change.- Advanced English skills (B2 minimum required)**What We Can Do for You**:- ** Purpose Driven**: Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.- ** Global Connections**: Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.- ** Community of** Belonging: We’re an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, lets you bring your best self to work.**Skills**:Leadership; Influencing; Business Requirements; Strategic; Key Performance Indicators (KPI); Structured Query Language (SQL); Product Commercialization; Data Insights; Market Segmentation; Customer Insights; Python (Programming Language); Business Needs; Data to Insights; Data Analysis; Microsoft Office; Data Analytics; Data Visualization; Microsoft Power BI; Business
